I'm a NASM certified nutrition coach and certified personal trainer! I look forward to helping you reach your goals and leading a healthy, happy life!
Health and wellness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. In high school, I ran cross country and track for 3 years and played lacrosse for 2 years. I continued playing club lacrosse in college for 1 year. I've been weight lifting since 2018, but did not take it seriously until 2020 when Covid-19 hit. In 2022, I trained for about 15 weeks for my first half marathon! In 2024, I trained 18 weeks for my second! I currently have my next two half marathon's scheduled for October '24 and May '25. I enjoy hiking, walking with my pups, weight lifting, indoor spin classes, and vinyasa yoga. My new hobby is running races, which includes half marathons and random 5k's. I live with my fiancé and our two dogs in our beautiful new home.
